A little reminder of the law

Article L. 1142-2-1 of the Labor Code is worded as follows:

“No one should be subject to sexist behavior, defined as any behavior linked to a person’s sex, with the purpose or effect of violating their dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment.”
